Braiding the Snakes: Managing Competing Priorities and Multiple Projects
An avalanche of emails, calls, client challenges and project demands bombard us on a daily basis. Additionally, global events in recent years have us all less patient and more stressed. In trying to keep it all together, sometimes it feels like we’re trying to braid together a bunch of writhing snakes. The challenge of keeping on top of everything brings stress, decreased work performance and even illness. This course will benefit anyone who finds that they can’t find enough hours in the week to get the job done. Participants learn how to identify their time wasters, conquer their procrastination, and handle competing priorities. Participants leave having learned how to delegate and help effectively, and with the magic art of saying “no” in a way others accept.
