We will go over the in-depth importance of key resume tips, how to stand out, how to leverage your relationship with your recruiter, and how to set yourself up for a successful interview both in-person and in a virtual environment. We also talk about feedback, how to embrace interview feedback and how to ask for it during the interview process. We will also go over building a LinkedIn profile: how to standout, what to include, and how to network in a virtual environment. The session will include a 30-45 min break out room where we split off into teams and the participants get to interact with Talent Acquisition Partner and TD Employee/Manager. The break out rooms will start with a fun icebreaker, interview question discussion, mock interview role play, and followed by a Q&A.
