Cascades Rowing camp

Engage in one of Canada’s most successful Olympic sports under the guidance of UFV rowing head coach Liz Chisholm. Learn about rowing equipment, boat safety and handling, and of course how to row! We will also participate in additional activities like going for a hike, field sports, and other wellness activities. This camp is open to students Grade 7-12, and will be held at UFV Rowing’s home course on the Bedford Channel, in Fort Langley. Participants should be comfortable in the water and bring flip-flops or sandals, a hat, sunscreen, weather appropriate clothing, as well as a snack and water.
