JOIN THE UFV GNOMIES and walk with us on Saturday, February 24.
The Coldest Night of the Year (CNOY) is a walk that raises money for folks in our community who need our help. Some of them hungry, more than a few hurting and regrettably, some who are unhoused too. Adults, moms and kids, seniors, and youth as well. UFV is an annual sponsor for the Coldest Night of the Year, raising funds to support the Ann Davis Transition Society in Chilliwack.
As proud sponsors of this event, UFV is committed to making a difference, and we would love for you to be a part of this meaningful initiative. The walk is family-friendly, offering both a 2km and 5km distance, so feel free to include kids, friends, and family to join our team as well. To register and join the UFV GNOMIES, simply visit our team fundraising page
Your participation will contribute to our collective effort in supporting those in need. Additionally, as a token of appreciation, participants who raise $150 or more will receive the classic CNOY toque – a cherished tradition of this event. Let’s make this year’s CNOY walk a memorable and impactful experience together. Your presence and support can truly make a difference in the lives of others.
If you are unable to join in-person (or walk in your own neighborhood) but would still like to support you can donate to the UFV Gnomies here
Thank you for considering joining the UFV GNOMIES. We look forward to walking alongside you on February 24!
