Creativity & Forest Bathing Class Showcase

VA 395C Expanding the Creative Process Through the Art of Forest Bathing” is a special topics course, supported by the Fund for Innovative Teaching.

It was offered for the first time this summer, delivered completely outdoors, with a tent on campus serving as the “classroom.” A series of field trips to local landmarks combined physical activity such as hiking and yoga, with creative activities designed to deepen student’s connection with their creative health.
