NOTE: A Rec Pass is free this semester which includes a signed waiver, proof of vaccination, and your campus card and must be obtained by participants before the session.
*Wear comfortable workout clothing and running shoes. Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated.
Instructor: Susan Francis has been teaching group fitness as a hobby for 13 years. One of her passions is to motivate others to keep active, healthy, and well. Susan works at UFV as an LTA
Professor in the Communications department.
