• To introduce chronic pain mechanisms within a neuroplastic and biopsychosocial framework.
• To challenge biases about pain treatment and dispel common myths.
• To explore evidence-based, non-medicine, pain self-management options (with an emphasis on pain psychology).
• To share recommendations for vetted resources and additional exploration.
