Farm Fest 2014
Meet at Rivers Restaurant at the UFC Chilliwack Campus (5579 Tyson Road). We’ve planned another great event starting out with a tour of the new UFV Centre of Excellence for Agriculture. We have a wide range of speakers – youth connecting with agriculture on a global scale, special tax tips for farmers, starting up an agricultural magazine, and updates on recent trade deals. The keynote speaker is Peter Gredig speaking on maximizing your mobile technology. We will have a wide array of door prizes for our many sponsors. The buffet dinner will feature product grown locally by several BCYF directors. Join us for an educational and social afternoon and evening. There will be plenty of time for socializing before dinner and after dinner.
Doors open at 2 pm for registration and the tour kicks-off at 2:15 pm. Presentations start at 3:30 pm
