Quickly calm your mind and body.
One way to enter your relaxation response is to extend your outbreath longer than your inbreath.
This is the counterpart to the fight-or-flight anxiety response.
We will practice a research-based technique you can use when feeling anxious, stressed and to help you fall asleep.
