Would you like to enter a deep state of relaxation but have intrusive thoughts that wouldn’t let you?
Research shows that Yoga Nidra helps clear stress hormones from the body, while increasing feel good hormones. It is especially effective for people with anxiety or trauma and for people that struggle to settle their minds.
Yoga Nidra is an ancient guided practice that provides a gentle and supported way into deep relaxation.
The practice is typically done lying down comfortably. It also can be done sitting or standing. Wear warm comfy clothing and cover yourself with a blanket, if you would like.
