GLOW Zumba

UFV Student Wellness and Campus Recreation invites you to join us for a FREE Zumba® Glow Dance Party to celebrate Pink Shirt Day! Let’s ditch the term stress and keep the Pink Shirt Day celebrations going.

We will be turning off the gym lights and turning on the party! This event is a mixture of low and high-intensity movement in an interval-style class and open to all fitness levels and is wheelchair accessible.

Time: 6:00-8:30 PM
Location: Abbotsford campus, Building E (small North gym)

Event schedule:
6:00 PM | Event sign-in and registration opens*
7:00 PM | ZUMBA (warm-up and cool down included in the 50-minute class)
8:00 PM | DOOR PRIZES and event wrap up speech.

What to wear and bring:
Wear clothing that is comfortable and easy to move. We encourage participants to wear white and pink or neon/bright clothing. It is also recommended to bring a water bottle and a sweat towel. You bring the pink, and we’ll bring the GLOW paint!

It is strongly recommended you sign-up before the event date so as there is a capacity limit, and if we know how many people to expect, it helps us plan the best possible event! You will need to bring your UFV Student/Employee Campus Card.
