A Trauma-Informed discussion about Interpersonal Violence
UFV Peace and Reconciliation hosted the first forum in February 2020. It focused on the practice, prevention and public health crisis of Intimate Partner Violence.
The second online forum, will focus on the Trauma Informed Perspective. Dr. Haskell will present on the neurobiological impacts of trauma.
Dr. Lori Haskell is a clinical psychologist and Academic Research Associate at Western University and one of Canada’s most sought after experts on the subjects of trauma and abuse, trauma-informed approaches to mental health service delivery, and legal responses.
