This Peace Talk webinar will feature the work of two Peace and Conflict Studies students who have recently completed the PACS Field Work course. The course is designed as an experiential learning opportunity, and to prepare PACS majors and minors for vocational work
The field work experience is designed to have students apply peacebuilding methods flexibly and sensitively to specific real-life scenarios in the field work assignment. Students are also required to evaluate the approach of the peacebuilding organization with which they are working, to evaluate the effectiveness of the approach and methods employed in the field work, and to suggest alternatives.
These students will present their work during the webinar:
Katelyn Van Hove: Evaluating Restorative Justice Work in Abbotsford, BC

Kayla Fisher: The Walls Around Us: Housing Programs in Mission, BC
