Practical Hope – with Oren Jay Sofer
How can we find hope in times of uncertainty?
Although our individual situations vary greatly, we’ve all been facing challenges recently. Many of us feel overwhelmed with uncertainty and anxiety, so the idea of being hopeful may seem pointless or even naive. Yet in fact, hope is vital – and we can cultivate it in practical and meaningful ways.
At this special event, author and meditation teacher Oren Jay Sofer will share how we can respond to uncertainty and cultivate what he calls “Practical Hope”. He’ll remind us of the resources we have within us to reframe difficult situations and help us find ways to take positive steps forward during these testing times.
