Ready and True — India and The Great War

Through selected archival photographs, art work, and written accounts, “Ready and True” showcases the almost forgotten contribution of approximately 1.7 million Indian soldiers and non-combatants to the Great War. Offering an intimate glimpse into their experiences on the battlefield, at rest, and during convalescence, these remarkable images provide a visual chronicle that illustrates and commemorates their commitment, valour, and sacrifice.

The exhibit will be available for viewing through to November 12 in Building C.
