Teaching Technique Showcase

Join the Teaching Technique Showcase, facilitated by Ken Harmel

We all have our tried-and-true activities that know will fly with almost any group of students. But when is the last time you have adopted a new tried-and true activity?
This 60-minute workshop will give instructors an opportunity to share their favorite activities and take away activities that might become their new go-to favorites.

Bring 3 activities based on any objective. Such as:
• Review activities
• Energizers
• Specific skill, such as an active listening activity
• Formative assessment
• And anything in-between

We’ll each explain how to use our activities and if time allows demonstrate it. We will each bring 3 activities, but depending on the turnout may not have time to introduce all three.
