UFV DanceFit Class
DanceFit class: Alternate between dancing and strength training for a full body workout. Join this calorie burning, motivating, and fun class! For all fitness levels – you can make it high or low impact. Come try it!
*Wear comfortable workout clothing and running shoes. All you need for this first class is some space to move and water to stay hydrated.
Instructor: Susan Francis has been teaching group fitness as a hobby for 13 years. One of her passions is to motivate others to keep active, healthy, and well. Susan works at UFV as an LTA Professor in the Communications department.
