Wellness Workshop

All Indigenous faculty, staff, and UFV students are invited to our October wellness workshop.

S1113, Indigenous Student Center Abbotsford 10am to 12pm.

Door prizes and incentives will be offered to students who attend.

Focusing on Spiritual Health with Elder Denise Douglas, some of the workshops will be at the teaching garden, so please dress for the weather.
