To upgrade Banner software, IT Services will be working on annual Banner system upgrades during the Thanksgiving weekend:
Start Time: Oct 10– 7:00 AM PST
End Time: Oct 11– 7:00 PM PST
Estimated duration of maintenance: 36 hours
Services Impacted: Banner Self-Service and Web Focus Reporting will be unavailable during that time.
MyUFV, Student Files, Online Learning, and Student and Employee Email will be all available. However, users might experience a range of error messages when attempting to access Banner Student data through myUFV, and Student grades won’t be accessible during the maintenance window.
