Description of Maintenance: Blackboard Transact Upgrade

Estimated time of maintenance: Wednsday, April 24, 8:00am – 1:00pm

Estimated duration of maintenance:  5 hours

Services impacted: Operational Devices: during the upgrade devices in the Bookstore, Foodservices, Athletics, International, and SUS will operate in an offline mode meaning the devices will store transactions and when the device comes back online all transactions will be uploaded and processed.

Closure of Student Printing, PHIL Stations, and Laundry: student printing, add value PHIL stations, and laundry readers will not work in an offline mode and therefore will be closed for the duration of the upgrade. During this time if a student needs to print an assignment they can visit the following locations for assistance;
• Campus Card office, S1101
• CEP Library circulation desk

Service enhancements: Keeping the software up to date.
