Service enhancements: The IT Services Help Desk name is changing from Help Desk to IT Service Desk. The eHelp Desk portal and email address will also undergo a name change, from ehelpdesk.ufv.ca to itservicedesk.ufv.ca and helpdesk.its@ufv.ca to itservicedesk@ufv.ca.
