Network Maintenance – May 14, 2016

Estimated time of maintenance: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Estimated duration of maintenance: 8 hours – Service outage of 1-2 hours some time during the maintenance window.

Services impacted: Bookstore and Student Resident Services will have no network service or VOIP telephone during the service outage. Note: Security cameras will be working and recording, but there will be no remote access to the security NVR. Student Shaw services are NOT affected.

Users impacted: Student Residence Services office, UFV Security. (Bookstore is closed weekends)

Service enhancements: Replacement of end of life switches with new technology for improved service and reliability.
