IT Services will be completing required maintenance that will cause an outage to network and telephone services on the Clearbrook campus. Users will experience intermittent disruptions of up to 20 minutes each during the outage window.
When will this occur?
Friday, October 22nd 2021 between 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm.
Who is impacted?
All users located on the Clearbrook campus. This outage will also impact users attempting to remote into their desktop computers.
Services Impacted:
- Wired network connections
- Wireless access (partial coverage will be available)
- Telephone service
- Remote desktop connection
- Security Devices (trilogy gateways/locks)
- Facilities Systems/Panels
