SUMMARY:2020 Student Leadership Symposium
DESCRIPTION:\n\nOur annual Student Leadership Symposium (SLS) is designed t
 o prepare future civic and community leaders\, a core mission of UFV Colle
 ge of Arts.\n\nThe objective of SLS is to support students by enriching th
 eir journey as future community leaders and help them to embody the vision
  of education at UFV Arts: critical thinking\, creativity\, communication 
 and collaboration.\n\nThe symposium is a full day event\, which includes a
  keynote delivery\, lunch panel and three workshops.\n\nThe 2020 Student L
 eadership Symposium will be on Friday\, January 3\, 2020.\n\nOur Theme for
  the 2020 Student Leadership Symposium is Empathy in Action.\n\nUFV Visual
  Arts student Chantelle Trainor-Matties designed this year’s Empathy in
