  savour an outstanding gourmet four-course meal prepared by UFV's Culinary
  Arts cooks-in-training and enjoy inspiring wine pairings by Whatcom Wine 
 and Spirits.\n\nOnly $39.95 per person (including wine pairings with each 
 course. Tax NOT included.)  An amazing price for a romantic dinner.\n\nDo

 spiced pureed soup features butternut and acorn squashes winter spices and
  yam puree. Finished with Devon cream and toasted chili sunflower seeds.\n
 Salad\nEndive &amp\; Romaine Salad\nCrisp Belgian endive and romaine lettu
 ce is topped with a warm bacon balsamic vinegar. Finished with tomatoes an
 d peppers.\nEntrees\nChoice of:\nChicken Supreme\nSemi Boneless chicken br
 east (with drumette attached) is brushed with herb butter and baked. Finis
 hed with red onion and cranberry relish.\n\nRoasted Salmon Fillet\nWild ca
 ught BC salmon is roasted in a hot oven until flaky and moist. Finished wi
 th Beurre Blanc.\n\nNew York Steak with Wild Mushrooms\nGrilled the way yo
 u like it! Topped with sautéed wild mushrooms.\n\nPortabella Brie Welling
 ton\nPortabella mushrooms are marinated and grilled then topped with Brie 
 cheese and wrapped in buttery puff pastry. Served with tomato coulis.\nDes
 sert\nChoice of:\nStrawberry Crepes\nA favorite classic dessert: tender sw
 eet crepes are filled with sweetened ricotta cheese. Topped with sliced fr
