 h Day at UFV by getting outside and remembering to unplug unnecessary devi
 ces before you go: shut down your computer and monitor and go for a walk\,
  turn off the lights and have a meeting outside\, or participate in a loca
 l event!  Don’t forget about classrooms — if you’re an instructor\,
  be sure to turn out classroom lights when you’re the last to leave.\n\n
