DESCRIPTION:\n\nJoin us at the Trades and Technology Centre on October 20\,
  2016\,  for the first Art Battle of the 2016-2017 season in the Fraser V
 alley.\n\nThis live competitive painting event features local artists\, wh
 o  produce artworks in 20-minute battles\, called heats. You get to vote 
 for your favourite paintings to choose the evening's grand winner. Paintin
 gs are auctioned at the end of the night.\n\nDoors open at 6:30 pm\, first
  battle starts at 7 pm.\n\nRefreshments provided by UFV Culinary departmen
 t. BC VQA wines provided by Sardis Park Wines\n\nMusic by local performing
