 ition to online learning been difficult? Learn better ways to stay engaged
  with your learning!\n\nThis workshop is offered by UFV counselling over t
 hree weeks and will involve self-reflective activities\, personal processi
 ng\, group discussion/processing\, and tools to help you to:\n\n 	Build aw
 areness of what is going on underneath your personal procrastination/perfe
 ctionism cycle\n 	Gain insight and tools to deal with self-critical belief
 s and rigid expectations that contribute to avoidance patterns\n 	Develop 
 time management/organizational skills and find a centering/grounding routi
 ne to reach your learning goals and adapt to an online learning context\n\
 nDates: September 30th\, October 7th\, October 14th\nTime: 2 – 3:30pm\n\
