DESCRIPTION:Building Trust Across Cultures\nTrusting relationships are at t
 he foundation of inclusivity. In professional settings\, the actions and e
 xperiences that establish trust can differ across individuals and cultures
 .\n\nIn this workshop\, we will:\n\n 	discuss why taking time for trust bu
 ilding is vital in multicultural interactions and teams.\n 	define differe
 nt orientations to trust-building and locate our own orientation.\n 	learn
  about the role of empathy and cultural humility in trust building.\n 	exp
 lore strategies for shifting our approach trust-building in work with coll
 eagues and students.\n\nThis will be an interactive workshop – be prepar
