 n\nTrusting relationships are at the foundation of inclusivity. In profess
 ional settings\, the actions and experiences that establish trust can diff
 er across individuals and cultures.\n\nIn this workshop\, we will:\n\n 	di
 scuss why taking time for trust building is vital in multicultural interac
 tions and teams.\n 	define different orientations to trust-building and lo
 cate our own orientation.\n 	learn about the role of empathy and cultural 
 humility in trust building.\n 	explore strategies for shifting our approac
 h trust-building in work with colleagues and students.\n\nThis will be an 
 interactive workshop – be prepared for reflection and application activi
