Campus Recreation is Hosting Glow Yoga!
Campus Recreation & Active Living is hosting Glow Yoga! This event is suitable for all fitness levels and a great opportunity to experience the benefits of yoga, which includes increased mental clarity, stress release, improved fitness and general well-being!

Location: Abbotsford Campus | Building E | North Gym (E105)
Wear comfortable and appropriate fitness attire. If you want to glow, come in your brightest, whitest, and most neon clothing. We will provide Glow Sticks and Glow Paint! Bring your water bottle, and do not forget your UFV Campus Card.
This event is FREE for the UFV Community. Non-UFV students are welcome to join for a $5.00 fee. UFV students who do not present their Campus Card will also be charged the $5.00 fee.
