Spin & Strength
This indoor cycling class is designed for all fitness levels. Starting on spin bikes and focusing on building muscle and cardio endurance with brief high intensity bursts. Then finishes with strength exercises using equipment for improved overall fitness gains.

Fitness classes are included in the Peak Pass membership. We also offer a 10x drop-in pass or you can pay for single classes online within the Xplor Recreation portal.
