  sessions are an opportunity for all UFV employees to discuss\, unpack\, a
 nd examine issues of equity\, diversity\, and inclusion.\n\nOur goal is to
  work together to expand our individual and collective understanding of ED
 I. We will critically reflect on our own identities\, agency\, and respons
 ibilities as members of UFV to uphold our principles of EDI and combat dis
 crimination in all its forms.\n\nWe look forward to engaging in these cruc
