DESCRIPTION:Are you interested in learning to mountain bike for the summer?
  Join the UFV ‘Learn to Mountain Bike’ recreation class starting June 
 18.\n\nThe class will be led by PMBIA (www.pmbia.org) certified instructor
  (and UFV employee) Kyle Baillie. The class is a four-week commitment on W
 ednesdays from 4:45–6 pm (rain or shine) with options for group rides on
  Saturdays at local trails.There is no cost to participate\, but registrat
 ion is limited to 12 people. Please register by contacting Mo Bual by emai
 l at Mo.Bual@ufv.ca.To participate in the course you must:\n\n	Have access
  to a mountain bike. It doesn’t have to be new\, or particularly expensi
 ve\, but it should be in good rideable condition. We will cover basic main
 tenance and safety checks as part of the course. We will also do basic siz
 ing and bike selection for those considering purchasing a bike after the c
 lass.\n	Have a bike helmet that is in good condition\, with no cracks or d
 eformations. It must be ASTM\, ANSI\, CPSC or SNELL rated. Again\, we will
  do a fitting and safety check during the course.\n	Wear comfortable athle
 tic apparel. As we will ride rain or shine\, it would be a good idea to ha
 ve layers and weather appropriate gear\, but don’t buy anything yet\, we
  will discuss gear as part of the course.\n	Complete a participation waive
 r. This will be provided to each registrant and must be completed prior to
