 Old Yale Brewmaster Nick Fengler\; UFV Food &amp\; Agriculture Institute\,
  Dr. Alesandros Glaros\; Founder of Rise Baking Lab\, Mark Hart\; and Culi
 nary Arts Assistant Professor\, Sian Hurley. This event is open to everyon
 e!\n\nBring a clean mason jar for the pickling demo and a reuseable coffee
  mug to help us meet sustainability goals. The Science Cafe runs 3-4:30pm\
 , however we do have a Canine-Assisted Mindfulness session 1:30-2:30pm whi
 ch is also open to everyone.
