DESCRIPTION:Glow Yoga\n\n\n\nGet ready for a high-energy yoga experience li
 ke no other! Glow Yoga combines movement\, music\, and vibrant visuals wit
 h glow sticks\, black lights\, glow-in-the-dark body paint\, and beats fro
 m a local DJ.\n\nThis event is suitable for all fitness levels and offers 
 a unique opportunity to enjoy the benefits of yoga\, mental clarity\, stre
 ss relief\, improved fitness\, and overall well-being\, in a fun\, electri
 fying atmosphere.\n\nYou’ll learn a variety of yoga postures\, breathing
  techniques\, and relaxation practices while flowing and glowing under the
  black lights.\n\nWhat to wear:\nWear clothing that is comfortable and eas
 y to move. For full effect\, wear your brightest\, whitest\, and most neon
  attire. It is also recommended to bring a water bottle. We’ll bring the
  GLOW Paint and Glow Sticks!\n\nYoga Mats:\nIf you own a mat\, bring it. W
 e will have some for people to borrow\, but only while supplies last. Alte
 rnatively you can use a towel.\n\nWe strongly encourage you to sign up in 
 advance\, as space is limited. Knowing how many participants to expect als
 o helps us plan an amazing event! You can RSVP HERE!\n\nRemember to bring 
 your UFV Campus Card\, as it’s required for entry. Participants may be r
 equired to sign a waiver if they do not have one on file\, so please arriv
 e early to allow time for this process. Non-UFV students are welcome to jo
 in if attending with a UFV student for a $5.00 fee. UFV students who do no
 t present their Campus Card will also be charged the $5.00 fee.
