DESCRIPTION:Managing Conflict\nThis course provides training in managing co
 nflict effectively for both managers and employees. It begins with an expl
 oration of workplace conflict types and their organizational impacts\, emp
 hasizing the importance of constructive resolution. Participants will delv
 e into conflict dynamics\, examining causes\, emotional intelligence\, and
  cultural factors influencing conflicts. For employees\, the course covers
  active listening\, communication strategies\, negotiation\, and assertive
 ness. Managers will focus on mediation\, facilitation\, and creating suppo
 rtive environments. The course concludes with strategies for fostering a c
 onflict-competent workplace through feedback cultures and continuous impro
 vement\, ensuring participants can apply learned skills effectively in the
