Mental Fitness – with Shirzad Chamine
We do physical fitness for our bodies, so why don’t we learn mental fitness for our minds?
Join us to learn about Shirzad Chamine’s research into mental fitness and the power of actively working out and strengthening our “Sage” (positive mental muscles) while weakening our “Saboteurs” (negative inner voices).
Shirzad Chamine’s work combines neuroscience, psychology and performance science to provide evidence based tools and exercises to help you build Positive Intelligence – the ability to handle life’s challenges with the minimum of stress or negative emotions.
The event will take place on Zoom at 7pm London time (GMT).
