Mental Health Screening Day

Take a few minutes to check on your mental well-being at our free and confidential Mental Health Screening Day, offered in partnership with UFV Counselling Services.
If you’ve been feeling stressed, anxious, or not quite yourself, you’re not alone. Mental Health Screening Day is a free, confidential way for all UFV students to check in and get support.

Note: The screens are not diagnostic tests. They’re a safe check-in designed to help you reflect and connect with support.
