Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Program
The MBSR Program is THE evidence-based mindfulness program first developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn at the University of Massachusetts Medical School.
MBSR has been shown to help with:
- Overall well-being
- Emotion Regulation
- Emotional Resilience
This MBSR program will be held on ZOOM

Silent Retreat Sat. Oct. 21
8:30am – 12:30pm
This offering is limited to participants interested in experiencing the benefits of mindfulness AND committed to attending all 8 sessions AND the one-half day retreat.

SUZAN BEATTIE is a retired lawyer lecturing in the School of Business at the University of the Fraser Valley.
She is a Trained MBSR Facilitator and holds a Graduate Certificate in Mindfulness-Based Teaching and Learning.
