 d to Navigating the Big Divides\, a virtual workshop facilitated by NikNaz
  Kahnamoui and Lynda Gerty.\n\nWhen: Friday\, November 28 from 2-4 PM\nSpa
 ce is limited. Registration closes November 26\, or once spots are filled.
 \nRegister here.\n\nJoin us for a workshop to help you find new strategies
  to deal with conflict – without losing sight of what matters most to yo
 u. We will apply the Polarity Management Framework to explore the challeng
 e of holding steadfast convictions and staying open to other perspectives.
 \n\nThrough this workshop\, you can expect to:\n- Feel less isolated by co
 nnecting with others who are grappling with divisiveness.\n- Apply a frame
 work to gain greater self-awareness and fresh insights.\n- Identify new ac
 tions to be more intentional when dealing with differences.\n\nThis event 
 is hosted by the Equity\, Diversity\, and Inclusion Committee of the Facul
 ty of Education\, Community\, and Human Development. The room number and v
