DESCRIPTION:New Yoga Program Supports Young Adult with Cancer\nThis Fall\, 
 young adults affected by cancer are invited to participate in Yoga for You
 ng Adults (YAY) - an evidence-based yoga program developed in partnership 
 with Dr. Amanda Wurz (University of the Fraser Valley) and the team at Ins
 pireHealth. The program is open to young adults affected by cancer who wan
 t to participate in a supportive\, community-based yoga program. Weekly cl
 asses are offered via videoconference\, creating space for movement\, mind
 fulness\, and connection. The program concludes with a relaxing retreat\, 
 available either online or in person.\n\n&#x1f9d8\;&#x200d\;&#x2640\;&#xfe
