Join us on November 26th at UFV Abbotsford Campus, building B, room 101, for an important conversation on Palestine and understanding genocide. This event is exclusively for UFV students. Please be prepared to show your UFV student campus card and your ticket upon enry.

– Opening Reception: Kick things off with light drinks and snacks.
– Land Acknowledgment & Protocol: Important context and support information.
– Micro Lecture: Dr. Steven Schroeder will help us understand what defines a genocide.
– Film Screening: Watch “Skies Above Hebron,” a documentary about the lives of youth in Palestine.
– Closing Takeaways: Panel discussion to reflect on the film and ask questions.
Support: Staff members will be available throughout the event to provide support if needed.
