  the School of Business about your experiences working in customer service
 .\n\nWho is invited to participate? Anyone who is currently working in a p
 art-time or full-time customer service job in any organization.\n\nWhat is
  required? You will participate in a 30 to 60 minute interview. The interv
 iew will be scheduled at a time that is convenient for you\n\nWhy should y
 ou participate? You will receive a $5 Tim Hortons gift card as a token of 
 appreciation for your time. You will have the chance to share what it is l
 ike doing your job – the good and the bad. The information you share wil
 l be used to provide service organizations with advice about how to design
