 ill have an official virtual launch on September 24 from noon until 2pm.\n
 \nPARC Chair Keith Carlson will host two guest speakers of which the keyno
 te address will be given by the Hon. Bob Rae who is Canada's Ambassador to
  the United Nations. The second guest speaker is the Grand Chief Hon. Stev
 en Point\, Chancellor of UBC and former BC Lieutenant Governor. Point\, is
  the first Indigenous person to hold the role of Chancellor at UBC.\n\nAt 
 the launch PARC will announce funding and scholarship opportunities for st
