SUMMARY:Perimenopause Research Opportunity
DESCRIPTION:This project provides much needed support for women navigating 
 the perimenopausal transition. Perimenopause is a time of mental and physi
 cal health challenges and yet women are often left lacking in guidance. Sp
 ecifically\, physical activity is of benefit during this phase of life\, b
 ut many women discontinue their engagement due to the challenges around sy
 mptomology. This project aims to determine if heart rate variability can p
 rovide guidance around physical activity in perimenopause. \n\nFor more i
