Reverse 4’s is a fun, coed 4-on-4 volleyball variation played on a women’s net height. In this format, men are restricted to attacking from behind the 3-meter line and can only block other men, while women play freely, creating a balanced and exciting game for beginner and intermediate players.

This drop-in session offers plenty of opportunities to build skills in a supportive environment. Whether you’re new to volleyball or looking to sharpen your game, Reverse 4’s is all about teamwork, learning, and having fun. Grab your friends or come solo, everyone is welcome.
