 e ideas! The Scholarly Sharing Initiative\, founded in 2011\, is an inform
 al monthly gathering where faculty\, students\, and interested others can 
 gather over lunch and coffee to share\, discuss\, present\, and receive fe
 edback on current scholarly work.\n\nThe second session is coming up on Th
 ursday\, October 31st\, with Philosophy Professor Anastasia Anderson speak
 ing on "Philosophy for Children and the Aims of Education" and English pro
 fessor Prabhjot Parmar speaking on Grieving Mothers\, Lonely Beloveds\, 
 “loose women”: Gendering India and the Great War”.\n\nWe hope to see
