Thriving Through Difficult Conversation
A key psychological health and safety factor that impacts our ability to thrive at work is civility and respect. Having civility and respect can support an inclusive environment that allows us to have meaningful productive relationships. Yet, when emotions are high and opinions are different, conversations can become difficult. In this interactive session, participants will: – Learn tricks and tips for difficult online and in-person encounters – Learn a methodology around having difficult conversations – Practice difficult conversations in a safe and supportive environment.
