  flow from them\, UFV is hosting two “lunch and learn” discussion hour
 s at which all university faculty and staff members are welcome. They will
  be held at noon on April 7 and April 28 and facilitated by Devirani Naido
 o of Rebecca Frame and Associates. Devirani has spent more than a decade h
 elping organizations create inclusive and respectful workplaces. She has b
 een responsible for the management of diversity and inclusion initiatives 
 and harassment prevention education programs in South Africa\, the US\, an
